to Saturday classes from July 15, 2006
Beginner
classes are for those who are new to yoga or new
to the Iyengar approach, or who prefer a slower pace.
General classes are for those
who have been practising Iyengar Yoga for at least 2 years
and who are ready to hold the basic poses longer, as well
as do backbends and inversions.
All classes end with a deep relaxation.
Yoga therapy classes are
for older people and people with chronic neck/back/joint
problems. Number are limited, so please call 04 2323 7533,
