Beginner classes are for those who are new to yoga or new to the Iyengar approach, or who prefer a slower pace.
General classes are for those who have been practising Iyengar Yoga for at least 2 years and who are ready to hold the basic poses longer, as well as do backbends and inversions.
All classes end with a deep relaxation.
Yoga therapy classes are for older people and people with chronic neck/back/joint problems.
